Face it, if you have three co-age teams who all need a DT, you would often like to have that DT on any of those teams, whichever the DT agent wanted or whichever one was still open when he decided.

As such, if would be nice to have the option to add multiple teams to an offer.

Would save time and add effectiveness.

I can see where you are coming from here Yello1 but I think if this was implemented it would create some headaches for some people. I am not saying yes or no here but I think this would need to be hashed out better before anything was added.

Yeah, there are details to be worked, feature options (like tiering them preference wise, or even perhaps only unlocking lower tiers if higher tiers fill at the position etc) to be considered. Just throwing the concept up here while working on rosters for now.

well another thing is most people do not have the issue you are making the suggestion about. I feel this is more a suggestion to help you a little more than all of GLB. and I do not mean that in a bad way. my point is that adding something that is only helping a very small amount of the user base doesn't make alot of sense to me. I mean think of the work that will go into adding something like this suggestion and it may only benefit 10 to 15 people.

and before you start the usual taking care of paying customers and all. the time could be used to implement stuff that helps all of GLB instead fo a choice few.

the benefits are pretty minor

most people focus on putting the best dots on their lead team, not just fill up all three teams

From an agents point of view:

It is already a little irritating getting many blind offers on an unopened build as it is.... when waiting for the expected contract to come in. I sure don't want anyone sending a blind offer like that from many different teams. Just more to have to reject.

But there second and third teams either have to.

Wait till the lead team fills before recruiting.

Or

Only send offers to second tier dots.

This way you could send one offer, say Dude I really want you for Team A, but if they are full I would like you on Team B, and if they fill up I would like you on Team C.

That way the recruiting is one pass, and you do not doom yourself to leavings on the lesser teams.

Better yet, have the option to have the Second and Third Offers stored until the first team fills at that position.

I do not pretend to know the demographics as it were, but I would imagine there are numerous multiple team owners.

As for the Important Changes first, they arent making Important changes anymore.

So now its just tweaking the chrome.

Just use auto offers for DT for all three teams.

...or you could just run one team and focus on running it better instead of running 12 teams poorly.
