Is it worth it for a rushing FB? for a certain % to inflict a double hit to the tacklers energy?

No, imo, purely based on opportunity cost.

Punishing Runner is something that if you used you would want it to be a team wide concept deal.

Energy and morale modifiers on all the Olinemen/HB/BTE/FB's/RQB.

Even then I am not sure it really is all that rewarding for all the grief.

Maybe if you are getting a lot (and I really mean A LOT) of carries or if every player (HBs, RFB, RTE, WRs) has it. But as AtRomoWeLaugh said you must consider the opportunity cost. There are better VAs you could use.

If your FB is going to carry the ball more than 10 times a game... sure. It works well enough to be worth the investment. But know that most FB's are 85% glorified blockers... 13% pass catchers... and 2% rushers. And only carrying the ball less than 5 times makes the investment not worth it.

LOL no, even you rush 60 times per game, it's still not worth.
