When you set up an AI for offense.

In the "Output" box you cannot select Goal line as a formation, as seen in this screenshot.

Is there a reason for this or was it just overlooked?

Use a specific goalline play instead?

Makes sense......... I don't ever really use the "random" playcall output like that, but if you wanted to it certainly makes sense that GL formation would be there as an option.

Find a three tight end formation, use that.

Should definitely be there.

The goal line form is avialable if you want to select a specific play, so, find the plays you want, and weight them how you want.

Yes, you can do that with any play. So what you are saying is get rid of all formation choices?

Just because you can do it another way, doesn't mean it should not be included in the choice of formations.

Nobody, I mean nobody is arguing that point.

It's not about anything other than Goaline is NOT an option to select for NO REASON.

I don't care (and I already know) all the ways to skip around it.

I am pointing out that it's currently not including Goaline.. Period.

probably.......? C'mon Myd, I recently discovered I could be playing Madden for roughly what I've been paying here. I'm not a joystick/controller type but I've heard there's a coach/franchise mode that may be worth checking out......
The willingness of so many here to work around, settle for, do without and generally accept obviously crude solutions is killin' me.
Am I the only one with $/time in this game? Where I work, if it ain't done right, it's gotta get right....... and I ain't gettin' paid much for it either............
