The LB in man cover has 90+ Agility, Vision is not great in 70s but he has 15 3rd down stopper and 15 long reach

And he has zone cover from a CB with 95+ agility and 90+ vision who also has 15 3rd down stopper and 15 Long Reach.

So...how did this have to go now?

My guys each have to miss deflection chances with 45% boosts to making the deflection and then fail their 45% chances of re-rolling the deflection (or fail it again) and then the receiver has to roll to make the 23 yard catch with two defenders on him?

Then a knock loose fail as well, though the CB made the tackle and not the LB so thats not a biggie.

I know thats hardly impossible.

But that IS what had to happen here right?

You can talk about the defensive side but you also have to remember all the boosts that the receiver has/receives.

I know. But mainly I wanted to rant and also am curious - do both defenders get to roll deflections and long reach? Or is only one chosen for that?

I did but did not know that when I posted the rant.

Reasons we lost - in addition to having a hard time stopping his passing game - include that my kicker was playing punter for some reason, and that when down 3 points and 4 minutes to go my OAI punted, and then with 8 seconds and down 6 we ran a screen. Need to make some tweaks to this new AI needless to say.

The other team had an awesome QB yello1, I think that's what happened.
