Create a forum where only users who are new (accounts created within 100 days) can post in without fear of having them trolled. That way their questions can be answered and they can ease into the game without being trolled. This would require FAQ people who could post in said forum.

It's a nice sentiment, but the only way to cut down on trolling is... well... to cut down on trolling. And when GLB does that, everyone complains that the mods are acting like Nazis. And when they back off, everyone complains that trolling is out of control. Wash, rinse, repeat.

This happened to my sister in the General Chat and she was actually crying because of some Agents and I won't say there names. She quit and I felt really stupid for trying to promote this site and that happen to her. They should have a "BULLY RULE" on here and if your caught Trolling in the Chat Rooms / Forums, You get Banned for Life and they run a History check of your Log In's for that IP Address and Ban all Accounts that has Logged in from that Account for the past 2 Weeks!! That's my stance on Trolling / Bullying!!
