Just thinking of a way to help teams that can't fill a roster with non-cpu players, without compromising the quality of the team.
This suggestion is to make a cpu build linkable to a specific player on the team...in other words, duplicate a build with a cpu player equal to a player on the team.
At lower levels, many agents choose to put their players on D-leagues, which is fine, but it can make it difficult for teams to get filled up. Adding cpu players, while filling a slot and being better for energy than not having a player, does make it harder to be competitive. Partially filled farm teams would have a way to fill a roster if they don't want/need a full roster every season.
Many owners try to have specific targets for a build, and with cpu build being hidden, and perhaps not built to the team desire, it makes a cpu player much less valuable, and the team less competitive.
Some options to attempt to get non-cpu players on the roster:
1) can only link 1 cpu player to a specific non-cpu player (max of 50% of team could be linked)
2) 1% reduction on each attr, so the cpu player won't be quite as good as a non-cpu player
Basically, this is an alternative to the auto-leveling of cpu players to match the team level.
