are these always whole numbers or should they be read as "3 or less", "2 or less:", "1 or less"?

in other words, suppose I want to kneel to kill the clock, can I have 1 input for "2 timeouts (or less)" or do I also need another input for "1 timeout" and another one for "0 timeouts"

They're whole numbers. It's a big pain in the ass for generating your QB kneel inputs.

Speaking of... my AI is ignoring any and all Opponent Timeouts left settings other than "Any" and "0". If I try an AI Input with 1, 2, or 3, the sim ignores that Input, and the Tester says it "doesn't match" even when I run test scenarios with the correct amount of Opponent Timeouts left.

I've already filed a Bugs ticket, but right now I'm waiting for the Bug Tester to verify that the problem isn't just an error with my AI. (It's not, but I understand they have to make sure.) But is anyone else having this problem as well?
