I think the refill on team chemistry needs to be revamped a little. 30 days to go from 70 to 100 is a bit much don't ya think? If you have a high level team with lets say 50% of the roster in decline and you want to keep the team where they are and recruit it can take forever to get back to 100% the way it is. I have done this and when i replaced 50% of my roster it took until the 2nd to last game of the season to get back to normal and by then the season was over.

Current Refill Formula

Amount Gain
10 - 5
11-30 - 4
31-50 - 3
51-70 - 2
70-99 - 1
100 - 0

Proposed Refill Formula

Amount Gain
10 - 6
11-30 - 5
31-50 - 4
51-70 - 3
71-80 - 2
81-99 - 1
100 - 0

Lets say your team chem of 40 on day 43. It would take your team 43 days to get back to 100% team chemistry

Now using the new formula the same team with 40% team chemistry can get back to 100% team chemistry in 33 days.

Only a difference of 10 days yes but that is 4 regular season games, maybe 5 for some teams and a possible chance to right the season and make a playoff push and might make some team owners think twice about reloading instead of gutting and restarting to save the chem hit.

Good idea. I'd even add that teams should be able to use flex to purchase in a very limited manner (say once... MAYBE twice a season) a "team morale boost". The effects would be minimal (say a 5% gain in team chemistry) and could ONLY be used if team morale was below a respectable level (say that 50% deficit you spoke of, Rikkhen). This small one-time bump... along with your suggestion... would give hope to hopeless situations. (Sorry boys, but because it's such a good deal, it should cost ya some serious flex... say 1,000 flex... to use this "team boost".)
I still like something better than nothing so I support the OP. +1

Even with less than 50% turnover it takes what seems like forever to rebuild team chem. Far longer than seems realistic.

This times 100000000! Please Catch or Bort. Team chem is important but it ruins so much when owners spend so much time recruiting only to be handicapped for 1 full calender month! Especially non network teams that don't have a grand master plans of refilling their needs 5 or 6 at a time but more like 25 or 26 at a time!

Perhaps weight wins and losses a little. If a team with poor chem manages a "good win" allow an increase to team morale. The better the win, the better the morale boost, up to a set max.
