There is one individual who everyday, spams me with offer for my players. I have it in their notes that I am not looking for offers, and I continue to reject them.
Today I tried to send him a PM to reiterate that I was not interested, but apparently he has blocked PMs from me. Super! So he knows he's being a jerk and thinks he's a funny man.
Why would someone want a player on their team that they don't want to be able to communicate via PM?

My suggestion is simple. Do not allow contract offers to be sent from a user if they have 'PM blocked' them.
I'd even like to see any pending offers to get automatically withdrawn should a user block someone that they have sent an offer to, to help avoid getting around the inability to send offers by unblocking, offering, and re-blocking.

Sign with a real team and not the loser leagues you won't have to worry about it. You choose to keep your players perpetual FAs by hanging in the D-leagues. Not owners fault that you want to hold out on signing with anyone so you can get them on all the loser league teams. Deal with it.
