My suggestion is simple. Very similar to the overrides of custom depth chart positions. There should be a global override at the top of the page that would also include the following:
CB Man Coverage Cushion
LB Man Coverage Cushion
SS Man Coverage Cushion
FS Man Coverage Cushion
This would allow you to override the setting for all plays in the entire package at once, rather than having to override them individually. It would work the exact same way as the custom depth chart positions on the package page.
