Can someone explain the advantages and disadvantages of boosting for the last day of this season?

Don't boost and you gain some training advantages but will be 3 levels behind everyone else and lose out on some VA's.
Do boost and your even with everyone and you gain some VA's.

Just boost, you either boost now or boost at the end of the build and the training gains don't negate the VAs or the fact that your dot is behind his whole career.
