Retire since he hasn't been boosted and will be underleveled even if he boosts. Most his age are lvl 19

If you have to ask the question then you already know the answer.

Its entirely possible to not boost in the first post season and still be a pro since your last season you can boost to catch up.

But as a QB it may be hard to find work outside of the D leagues if you are three levels behind between now and then.
