Is anybody else as confused about this as I am? Does putting no down for no over sign mean the cpu will not sign more than what you put down or does it mean it could sign more? The double negatives are throwing me off.

If you read the pop up, the question makes perfect sense, it asks if you want to block additional players from signing? so you would select Yes.
