I'm going to be purchasing a rookie team. My question is, will I be able to get the team before boosting for season 31 ends? Cause I want to get the players boosted to level 4 but don't they have to be signed onto the team first before they can boost to 4? Cause if they are level 4 they can't sign the team? Or is it ok so long as they are day 0?

Lvl. 4s can sign with rookie teams. PW teams cannot sign lvl 4s regardless of whether or not they have 0 XP.
