He is having a really good season but I have been reading through forums a lot about retiring players season by season.. Should I keep him going or retire him?

What does retiring a player do exactly?

pretty much just gives you back 70% of any flex points you put into the player whether it be boosts/CEQ.

Only retire players if you aren't enjoying them or need the flex.

Or if you've messed up the build. Sometimes, with newer agents, it's hard to tell if you've messed the build up until the dots gets older in it's career. You might try the VPB (Virtual Player Builder) and it'll show you your dot's future along it's current build path.

Chasing a perfect build is a never-ending rat race. As long as someone enjoys their dot, who cares about the perceived quality of the build?
