If you have boosted at the optimum times, what is the maximum number of veteran ability levels you can have at level 79?

It has been a while since I last calculated it, but if my memory doesn't fail me, it's 72...
Sounds right Hagalaz. I know there's several schools of thought on VA's and how much to put into them. I'm currently trying to stop at 10 VA points per VA (unless it's uber-important to the position... then I max it out) and am having some nice results with that approach.
