I suggest we have the Option to run a No-Huddle Offense with neither Team be able to Sub on that specific Drive but the Offense take more of a Hit to Energy to make things fair for the Defense. Any other Suggestions to help this one out would be greatly appreciated.

What purpose would it serve considering defense goes by AI that is pulled by the sim. It's not as if you're going to catch the defense in the wrong formation or with the wrong personnel.

For simplicity's sake, it should only happen during the last 2-to-3 minutes of a half. It's sole purpose is to save time when trying to score late so let's keep it that way. It should reduce the amount of time lost during any play whose conclusion is finished IN BOUNDS (causing the clock to continue to run) but only by a limited amount (probably percentage based... say 25%?). ANY stoppage of time during this "2 minute offense" would mean players COULD be substituted (fresh legs). This is the ONLY reason I would support a "hurry-up offense". Doing it willy-nilly whenever a team likes? Absolutely not. And no... I don't CARE if they do this in REAL LIFE FOOTBALL.
