not really sure anymore, but I think if not remedied in a certain amount of time your team gets taken away (like 3 weeks or somethin you need to get that fixed or risk losing team) and I also think players start getting morale penalties.....or their morale does not recover after games. Something like that.

Well, your players can leave the team after three days of non payment, supposedly the admins can take your team after awhile, but I have yet to see it.
