Okay.. What if there was a voting system similar to the currently suggestion voting area on the website. But it was to nominate staff selected candidates each season to be inducted into the GLB Hall ofFame. So some of the veteran players, etc. Maybe some whom have left the game, can be inducted. It would add a level of free return for our investment. Wouldn't reward said agent with any benefits, just merely a spot and a place in the GLB HOF. It could have its own TAB at the top near Support, etc. Could be a real nice addition to a post BETA GLB. What do you think?

What would the categories be? Most teams sold. Most dots made. Worst poster. Etc

Not trolling. Super serious. I give it a +1 but have 0% faith it will be implemented.

Unfortunately it's too hard to have an objective HoF selection process. Even more so when voting is involved.

What are they being inducted for? Being popular?

Well each agent has a trophy case and trophies being tallied etc. I think they could easily spend some time to award the player base with such things as this. Once per Calendar year, they could nominate HOF candidates, and the player base could vote them in, but you'd have to make it where they would need like 1,000 yes votes to get in (example).. They could come up with a reasonable number in proportion to the active player base at the time.

Example:

Insert Name Here - HALL OF FAME NOMINEE

Thumbs Up Button, Thumbs Down Button

If he reaches 1000 Thumbs Up votes in a 20 day period he's in, if not, he's out, but could be up for re-nomination the next year..

I'm sure they could model one of the bazillion other HOF's in this world..

so in other words a popularity contest.

just make it have some milestones like you have to have 100 mvp players or 50 trophies won as an owner. Stuff like that.

You COULD have either one HOF or a couple for different things like my examples.

It would be kinda rewarding. I would never make it into either category but others would

Oh god, please, no! IF... IF this was implemented... and IF this is a serious suggestion... then it should be VERY simple in what it's based on.
#1, Best Builder (This would be based on the number of MVP's won by a builder's dots, the number of dots in the top 100 of their position in the HOF, and the number of highly decorated dots that agent has retired.)
#2, Greatest Owner (Simple. Number of championships his teams have won along with number of post season appearances as a secondary compliment.)
#3, Best (Off/Def/ST) Coach. ( Also number of championships his field of expertise has contributed to and number of post season appearances and MVP's won by dots under his command).

NO VOTING! Either such awards are based on actual accomplishments or there should be no such awards.
