It's a boring nuisance, everyone uses it, there's no benefit over other dots. It's just a waste of time going through all your players to update.

Could only be done if they remove attributes from AEQ as well, not gonna happen ...

Basic equipment adds another layer of strategy to this game, tbh.

TBH ... basic EQ lets lower level skill position dots not look QUITE so ugly ... by putting their gear in AGL (or VIS at safety, etc.) for 1-2 seasons, then resetting it to SPD after they're more balanced.

While I agree it's a nuisance, -1 for making the lower levels look *any* uglier than they are already.

I understand the frustration. There's been a suggestion (or 20) to make doing the EQ much easier than it currently is. Since what you suggest is most likely NGTH... you might seek out those suggestions and pump some life back into them... and hope.

way, WAY too late in the game for this to happen

the attribute bonus from gear has always been sim breaking, but now the sim is tweaked enough to account for it (for the most part)

the time to have gotten rid of it was when they switched over to BTs to upgrade it. EQ made since when it was thought that teams couldnt buy everyone's eq and it made owners make strategic choices. but too late to remove it now. they really do need to streamline it though. get rid of picking the color and let it default to the team colors. everyone should start with empty eq shells ready to be upgraded. have an upgrade all button that would just upgrade all eq based on its current attribute. not rocket science but 1 of those that likely will never get done and will make it look like glb is an unfinished product.

Bort hates us and will never make EQ quicker and easier. Its been suggested probably more than anything else in the game.

Its so frustrating that there are a few suggestions that everyone would love and it also makes life easier for big spenders with lots of players. This is one of the few games that like to make life terrible for big spenders. They have no sense of how to handle a business. Once my team is done and I can recycle my flex I will never make as many players as I have now unless something changes and I have spent probably close or over a thousand on this game and others have spent way more.

If you spend that much money for a game you deserve better. You can get a PC or console game for 60 bucks and they spend way more money to develop than this game.

I disagree.. Most players at lower levels are way too fast for their agility/vision and do stupid things all sim long..

Exactly! I WILL NOT spend 1 more penny on this game. Recycle flex til I am left with 2 free dots and that's it unless some major changes happen which won't now that we are out of Beta despite no advertising for this game that we are out of Beta other than a nice shiny Beta Test GIF image that people who joined 1 season ago got along with season 1 and season 2 vets.

I said putting the basic EQ into AGL or VIS ... NOT speed. You can use the off season reset later on (once they're one capped or so in AGL/VIS), to put it into SPD then. The prevailing wisdom of "always put your basic EQ into your primary stat" is a big part of what makes them so unbalanced and cripplingly stupid looking early on.

looking at how agents assign their basic EQ is also a great way to weed out the most noob agents when recruiting

or people dont feel like making EQ take any longer than it already does and just put their eq where it needs to be after a couple seasons anyways so they dont have to go back.
