Does this stop at day 280? Or continue for the life of the player?

After extended plateau you get TP again. I know this much.

Stops at 281, starts back up after plateau (480 for fully boosted players).

so at the end of the season if he is 280 days old you get to train the entire off season until day 1 of next season ?
