Seriously. I have checked it over and over again. Yet still on first down it will call HB streak when the only thing I have in my AI for first down to the HB is short or medium pass... And send my TE out on a route when he's supposed to pass block.... Yet everything works fine on other downs.

Do you have the seconds box filled in and do you have the yards box filled in? If so don't fill those in so it will call the play you have in every 1st down situation
What's it say when you run a test AI?
Really impossible to give a true correct answer without seeing your AI. Everything would just be guesses and speculation .
