I thought we got rid of breakthroughs? I just had one with one of my trainings

So its not just offseason then?

I forget why they put the rule there that you can only get breakthroughs after Day 4. I think maybe because it was screwing people who were trying to hit 49 to go above the 48 cap without spending the extra SP. They were being sent from 34 to 35 while trying to get max training or something...

Rule was put in place to stop people using the re roller script when creating new players, it was killing the servers

It was more to get rid of the exploit that the script made possible. People that used that script could keep rerolling til they found the break thru's everytime. Have to be careful with grease monkey scripts as anyone can make them do whatever they want if they are good at writing them. There used to be a script that would steal your log-in and password info and then that person would manipulate your tactics and AI and won many championships like that before getting caught.

That's shocking...yet also genius. That much effort for a web game!

You have to keep training your player. During the season, most likely you will see the words: 'You had a breakthrough during your last training! You have received an extra bonus to your progress!'

The breakthroughs will happen, be patient.
