Level 4 right now, deep passing QB, I was told to work on throwing, so I'm at a 51 an like 24 strength, 17 confidence, and vision is like 22. So what do I need to focus on especially with my 3 boosts later on. An while I'm asking, when do I use them. Thanks for the help!

Save skill points while you train throwing. Once you have enough skill points to take throwing to the next cap (60.52) than you spend those skill point on throwing. Continue training throwing while save skill points until you have enough skill points to reach the next cap with is 67.97 I think. Once you have reached this cap you should begin multi training.

Well...you should not be spending SP's in anything but Throwing this early, so don't do that for a little while. As for training, enhance your Throwing training % to 30%. Now, you want to get your Throwing attribute to the 2nd cap (60.51). This is without added EQ (so if you have 53(+4) you will want 65(+4)). You will probably be able to get Throwing to 61. Use your 3 boosts before playoffs. Hope this helps, I can clear some stuff up if you need.

Ok cool, thanks! So throwing is pretty much the most important thing to worry about?

Yes, until you hit 6th or 7th cap (83-84) without EQ.

Just curious why would you train throwing if your spending SPS on it.Once you get it to 2nd and 3rd cap its like 34% training. Not saying anything bad about it just curious why

Once you get to 2nd and 3rd cap you should have unlocked multi training for your secondary and tertiary attributes.

Its the best for the buck method. If it cost 3 skill points or even 4 skill points or more (depending what cap your at) than when that training rolls over you just saved your self that many skill points. You should be multi training which gives you an even bigger bonus to your training. Most people train their main attribute until it is in the 90's and you only get like 7-8% percent training gain.

The longer you can train a skill at it's lower levels, the more you get out of the training. Example; if you're training speed and you don't put SP's into it (any more than you did when you built the dot), then you'll begin training somewhere around 28-35 (I think) in the skill and your training gains should be somewhere around 50% on single skill intense training... 17% on light. But the same skill (at the same skill level) trained as a part of a full multi-training regimen gains around 40% (I think). I don't have my notebook handy or I'd know a more exact set of numbers... but I think you get the main idea.
The lower the level of the skill is the higher training gains you get. So, if you put SP's into that skill then you raise the skill's level and LOWER the gains made through training. So the longer you wait to put SP's into the skill, the better the benefit you get from your training and the less SP's you need to spend to hit the next cap.
