It will probably sim. Once it goes to a negative hour (-1:00:00) I would contact support or file a bug ticket. It depends on the score of the sim really. A blowout will take a while to sim. The sim server could be frozen, so contact support if it hasn't simmed in an hour and they'll figure it out.

It finally simmed. Thanks for the info. I always thought it would be up right away or really soon after.

I was actually having the same problem today. Not 40 minutes, but around 15-20 minutes. No problem though, happy to help.
