Would a FB at TE be a big penalty?

No one knows the exact penalty but it assumed to be around 10% perhaps. Best thing to do is try it out in scrimmages and see how they do. If they move to slow than don't do it.
My FB was used at TE pretty substantially a few seasons back. Seemed 'ok'. I'd imagine it's a smaller 5-10% penalty.

HB-FB is 5%. FB-TE appeared to be a little bigger, but definitely not larger than 10%. Somewhere between 5 and 10 seems correct.
