I see things like what looks like guys crying or sweating, little circles spinning around guys sometimes, big eyes above players sometimes. I could guess what some of these mean, but i was wondering if there was something that explained what all of them are?
Forum > FAQ's, Player Guides and Newbie Help > Is there somewhere that shows what all the icons in the pbp mean?

Think they are listed in the wiki , I remember seeing them somewhere with an explanation for them along with what the different colors represent

Doesn't include the yellow exclamation mark above the QB. I am told its to show the QB picked up on a blitz and threw a quick pass but this play has zero pressure and the yellow icon is above the QB:

I have noticed that it only shows up the first time you watch a play, and then subsequent replays of that play, it doesn't show up. But one of the dots like the 4th from the left has that spinning circle around him when the play starts. and then when the ball is finally picked up, the kick return dot closest to the returner that is being blocked by 2 guys has the spinning circle on him too.
It seems to happen a lot on special teams.

I don't see no spinning circles. It may be that you have the cursor hovering over the player names listed on side of replay field and it is highlighting the player you are hovering over maybe?

that is the vision cone - I don't see an exclamation point - but the CB on the left has the spinning going on (using flash replay)
I see the ! w/o flash being on though

Per the change log:
- QB can now "sense" a blitz via a vision check (! icon on replay), and will adjust his throwing thresholds accordingly to try and beat it. Passes defined as "short" specifically will be thrown the quickest and work the best.
I don't see a blitz or the pressure in this replay for the the QB to throw the ball away so fast.

In theory:
I could set a safety 20 yards down field and set him to blitz and if the QB reads that blitz he will throw it away in a hurry? Is this an accurate statement? I could force an opponents QB to rush a ball just by setting a safety to blitz and by being downfield so far it would allow the safety time to react to the pass as well.
Hmmmm..........
