There's nothing in the changelog about it being removed.

it works on special teams. In the future if you have a question you need answered and are not satisfied with the answers given in the FAQ forum either contact Support or wait to submit the question at the next Q and A. Please do not create a new thread about it.

that was a cut block like mechanic that applied on special teams. Completely different and separate mechanic from the Cut Block SA.
