I am building a blitzing LB and am not sure what to set his aggressiveness to. Is -100 more aggressive or 100? It does not say in the explanation in the yellow question mark box.

100 is aggressive, -100 is passive
It shows the information on the slider bar if you were doing tactics for that player individually.
