Does anyone know when a player ages another day? I mean which timezone is it based off of Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific? Thanks

I assume it is Mountain time (midnight) because it is like 2 a.m. on the East Coast typically.
it happens during the regular season at rollover, which is Midnight Mountain time or 2 a.m. EST
