You were building the older ones wrong too.
Example: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1921579
You never take an SA over 12. 10 is preferable but never over 12. You have 30 in Big Sack and 17 in First Step. Your EL is lower than your actual level which is always an indicator your building wrong.
Try to keep your equipment in 1 attribute. Some positions you can spread between 2 attributes but never more than that.
You need to focus on your primary attribute from creation and once its hits the 3rd cap you can start multi training.

and I notice the EL thing too....is that caused by the fact that my core attributes arent high enough because those pts are used on SA's?

Dont stop so soon putting points in your main and, in at least some cases that i can see, second-choice attribute picks.
Makes all the difference in the world in letting ALGs empower the build for you (not just ELs)...
Not an expert but stuck out to me...

You shouldn't put points into SA's til around level 60 or higher. You need to be done with your attributes or close to it before putting points into SA's.
Do you multi train? Do you use training enhancements?

Basic build plan for any .5 ALG dot (originally posted by jdbolick)
If going strength first then pick one pound below the maximum. If picking speed first then pick one pound above the minimum. Enhance the first attribute to 10%, train intense three times, enhance to 20%, then train intense until you have a nearly full bar at 32.9x. Convert 15 bonus tokens to a skill point and cap to 48.9x. Then boost. Next season you'll enhance to 30% and normal train, then second cap, then continue normal training, then third cap. At that point you'll unlock and enhance your attributes for multi-training.
The key is getting started right and you have to use training enhancements. Most people like to 3 star (3 enhancements) their top 3 attributes. You have to multi train or you will never be successful at the higher levels.

Are you Multi Training your Main Attribute throughout your career? Or are you getting it to 99% and then capping it with a single train once it hits 80s?

Depends on the position to how long I multi train with my main attribute. Some positions require more attributes than others to be effective. I always want my main attribute to end at 100 natural at minimum but certain positions I will take it even higher.

Most of the career, but not all. You should always stop when it hits 100 natural, but it's fine to stop anywhere in the 90s depending upon your build plan.

Very important.
Otherwise you are training at 1%, lol.

so when does the multi training start? after you have capped 1st attribute at 49?
and I assume the multi training costs 4 training pts so you can only train every other day?
