Warrior General Games

I will admit I am a newb here, so don't beat me up to badly. Why is a top end SA at the end of a tree not working properly and we are coming out of Beta? I was told by a successful WL owner that this is the case. I guess I am an idiot for being duped, but is this true?

I guess I am confused on what to do next...any advise is appreciated.

It's not that it doesn't work, but that the effect isn't big enough to be worth the investment. I would rather have that AEQ in avoid fake or something, but it's not a huge deal.
