there's been quite a few times that teams have asked for my help during the playoffs to fix their st. i dont want to steal someone's stc trophy, but would like the recognition that i did some st work for them. we have 2 asst for off and def so why not 1 for st?

this isnt an lolgm, its for people that actually participate. do most teams really have 4 scouts or 4 recruiters? i've been on many teams where multiple people have done st as the season goes on. couple of teams i knew of had 1 person do coverage, and 1 person do returns.

STC and CFO do a lot more than and over a longer duration than recruiters... makes more sense to have 2 of each of those than 4 recruiters. scouts really depends on the team, but seems like "scout" and "asst OC/DC" is close to the same for a lot of teams, so again, makes more sense to me to allow 2 STC or CFO than 4 scouts.
might be good to allow each team X amount of trophy-eligible GM spots and just let them assign them however they want that fits their system.

The less coordinators/srs GMs you have the better. Many a good team has lost playoff games they shouldn't have because they had too many cooks in the kitchen.

we made you assistant OC instead of STC but most definitely deserved a trophy for the work for this team
