I'd say they are nearly equally important, but personally I like vision more, as you won't JUST be throwing deep passes, and for all short ones vision > strength from my perspective.

Throwing. Honestly I don't know how much impact strength or vision have. I've seen QBs with 60-70 strength without any noticeable difference from the 90+ strength ones, and vision has presumably become less important since the creation of custom progressions. Of the two, I do prefer vision, but throwing is the only thing that really matters a lot.

It isn't that hard to get throwing to 110. I got it to 107 without even multi-training it.
