Not sure it has been said but i think it will be cool if Agents can put themselves up in a coach's FA pool if they are looking to get a coaching job and teams can search for needs through there.

Coaches is a dirty word around here.
But I like the idea.
All they really need to do is post in the PLFT under OC/DC and they will get more offers than they want!
