I got a FB with 82 strength, 129 speed, 85 agility, 52 vision and 59 carrying. I'm trying to find an appropriate setting to use for him. Does running style alter your chances of triggering certain fakes? (More power based fakes with high power run setting or more elusive based fakes with higher elusive setting)

Running style does not affect fake probability. You could very well be somewhere in the elusive side, between 50 and 75 perhaps. Maybe more. What VAs do you have? And SAs ?
And hell, if you have a FB, where are you getting the fakes from ?

While running style does not directly play into the fake equations, the cuts and changes in direction which you are making do.
Setting a dot higher towards the elusive side will result in a higher quantity of fakes, just because you're getting more vision checks (which inevitably cause changes in direction).
