That are active f/a or on cpu teams, when selected on the player profile.

example

Agent 1 buys a team, he selects players from age range 0-0 lvl 1-4 in the team needs section (auto contracts)

Agent 2 has a player that is on a cpu team, matching age and lvl range, and selects the get contracts from new teams function,

Agent 2 will get a contract from Agent 1's team automatically

In other words a system that takes the work out of recruiting for the lazy folks.
We'll call it Recruiting Welfare System

-1 Its not hard to find players if you know where to look

would have to be a checkbox, what if you already had agents making dots and they did not log in to accept offer when some other random agents accept them, roster is full and you left cutting a bunch of players.

+1 to op with the ability to set standards for dots. If it is going to happen anyway why not make it easy.
