With the Pro League contraction coming around the corner I thought I would look at some of the teams that I feel will most likely be relegation candidates after the careful scouting work I have done in the last few days:
Nebraska Maniac Gorillas - Helping their chances with recruitment of cpus
Saskatoon Silverbacks - Must learn to try less in S13 CC game. Too late. Forgiveness will come someday.
Bloodweiser - undead owner makes Al davis look enthusiastic and energetic.
Queen City Bobcats - The Bastard Sons of QCBC rescued/kidnapped from the orphanage by Farlig
District 9 Prawns - get a pass because drewd21 was the first ever FA to sign with Ice and Fire more than 20 seasons ago but would be sure fire to go down otherwise
Tradewest Battletoads - Amphibious but Legit Canucks
Slack Jawed YOKELS!!! - YOKELS! etc.
Village Dogs - S17 shennanigans notwithstanding.
Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen - Name convinces me they may survive
Houston Vikings - Old school Pillagers
Valencia Bats - I remember them being decent in WEPL or somewhere so they must be bad.
Thunder Bay Wolverines - I also remember when CoachC gave a shit.
The Bastard Sons of Doug Flutie - What happend s next season? Have they ever *not* been in CPL? Great place for a WR to play tbf.
Sainte-Foy Nordiques 3.0 - Had great co-ordinators back in the day.
Other teams not mentioned will probably battle it out to win what will likely be the last ever Mountie Bowl.
