I hate when this happens and when it does, I have a release the player with a long ass explanation to why I cut him. Then I get a hit in Team Chemistry. The way to fix this is simple. On the "Team Needs" page, next to the column "Max" Lv, have a column named "Min Eff Lvl" or something. That way a player can't sign with your team unless his build meets your standards

Maybe we can allow Coords/Owners to tag "shit dot" and then Auto Offers have a checkbox "Do Not Send Offer to Shit Dots" IMO

I've been wanting an extra filter or two for auto offers since it was implemented. EL is the best way to go about this imo.

why dont you just actually recruit?

I do recruit my ass off. When I have a new team that has 50+ spots to fill I want to make sure every angle is covered after I've exhausted the marketplace, lolPLFT, and searched through FAs.

I recruit my ass off too bc I ain't got no one else to do it. Every team I've owned, its been independently ran. I would ease off a little if the auto offer was dependable
