Instead of always pushing the issue and keeping Seasons rolling when things aren't so clear...I suggest GLB take a step back and take a few extra days this next Off-Season to fine tune things for the Agents so we can get out of Beta. It's clear the State of the Sim needs work and I would rather have a 3-5 Day Break after D41 for things to get sorted out, than to keep going through Season after Season with the same frustrations. As a Loyal Customer, I would rather take an extended break to ensure the future of the Game we love than to see the frustrations of loyal Agents we are seeing now and lose more interested Coaches!! As a Coach from S3, I admit things are a bit overwhelming for me at times and I could only imagine what a new Agent must go through that wants to Coach. PLEASE let's work together and find a way to get things going in the right direction!!

Smileys are like chocolate chips on a cookie. While I like chocolate chip cookies, I don't want the top of the cookie completely covered with chocolate chips.

I'm saying, Stop putting Agents through this circus they call a Sim. Shut the site down for a few days this Off-Season and have all Tester's / Mod's / Admin.'s / Whatever, Test things until things get more sorted out. I for one am tired of trying to keep up with things the way they are and juggle between coaching and sorting out through all the we fixed that, we changed this and not seeing any real results. It is getting a bit silly and to keep things going on the way they are and ask Agents to roll with the punches is getting old fast.

They aren't going to fix anything or make any major changes that need to be made while a Pre-Season is underway.

theres 8ish days of offseason, you want to make it 3-5. nothing to do with pre season, youre just wanting to shorten the off season so they can fix shit?

NO!!! I mean take 3-5 Days not counting Off-Season, Pre-Season, Non of that!! From D41take the needed time to make whatever changes and then resume with D42 with the Roster Freeze lifted. Should have nade myself more clear I guess.

The off season is already by my count 18 days long. Why on earth would we make it any longer? And taking a gaming site offline for multiple days is a death knell for the site. People instinctively identify this with that site shutting down for good quickly. MMO baseball went down for only a week or two and when they came back online their numbers had dropped from 10,000+ to about 2,000 and they slowly died afterward. Taking your site offline is the equivalent of saying, this product is so bad that the only way to fix it was to turn it completely off for several days and reboot. That's bad - very bad.

If anything we need a much shorter off season.
The need to rebuild the sim every 30 days has got to stop sometime.

The effective GLB offseason is closer to 1 month long for the teams that don't make the playoffs, and thats pretty much 1/2 the GLB population. In fact, it's a 32/25 ratio when it comes to active playing and actively waiting to play a meaningful game again.

Yea, that's what I'm saying and your going to lose most of the user base anyway when you keep swapping things to the point that Agents get fed up and quit like I'm most likely to do if things aren't corrected by the beginning of next Season. I just spend way to much time on here to keep being pulled along and told to deal with it. Between that and having to worry about Playbooks, Player Tactics, Agents complaining about Playing Time...It's just too frustrating the way it is right now.
