Clearly its not being used the way it was intended. We are allowing Tournament Directors to spam various forums with information about Tournaments. In the past this was not allowed and users were banned for spam and had their threads locked or deleted.
Since threads such as this one: http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4963319&page=last#46049311 are being allowed now with no threats of being locked and poster being banned there is no need for such a forum.
