I would see some sort of an incentive program for people to coordinate as an excellent way to get better minds behind our AIs and DCs. It seems as the seasons go by it is harder and harder to find good OCs/DCs/ST coordinators.

I wouldn't go as far as to say a ~%20 player creation discount (XD) but more like...

- Free scrims for their teams or a team of their choice

- A special OC/DC tag/label on their homepage

- A system of points that allow you to own 5 teams when you coord. 5 seasons or more

I'm sure you guys can come up with something else but those are just a few examples. We need fresh minds and a new approach to coaching in this game. It seems that there is only Elite coordinators and guys trying to learn. This would make for less of the latter and more of the former IMO.

I like the idea, as coordinators generally put in more time and effort than any other agents. Incentives would be great. However, how would it be insured against just signing on as a coordinator for the bonuses

-1 they don't need incentives ...i think to boost their egos in this game is incentive enough

+1 In its current state, its just to hard and way to time consuming to Coordinate in this game.
