Let's get an X Factor official for some dots when they make an ST player... some kind of real incentive to get some ST stars created out there eh?

plenty of STOPs out there. I usually recruit a couple extra TEs and an extra FB or two. and sometimes a HH LB. pretty easy to do if you make friends with solid agents.


by all that, i mean no need for an incentive, just gotta recruit a couple extra TEs,FBs,DEs,LBs,SSs or whatever you like to use.

oh and if theres incentives for STOPs, should be some for olinemen. no one seems to make em.

Meh. I make STOP players, I know tons of others that do...... no incentive needed TBPH.

my incentive has always been to block for the ST mvp.

As long as we are able to score tds and force fumbles on ST's that is incentive enough to build them.

Has always worked for me. Back when I STC'd, I made it clear that pretty much any dot on the roster was going to be pulling some role in STs. If the STC knows what he/she is doing and understands the concept of depth, the ST squad will do just fine with any players available with almost no effect on off/def energy levels.
