if that means we can only fill 2 leagues in each age cap then so be it but something needs to be done about all of the CPU teams. Take them out of the leagues untill they are bought or something.

i was thinking that it would bring more competition in leagues.... shitty owners will always have a hard time recruiting.

If the proposal was to simply not add anymore CPU teams, or even to contract a few of them by condensing leagues, then I would give the idea a +1. But to get rid of them entirely? No. Not in the best interest of GLB, and it hinders the learning curve for new owners and coordinators.
