near the end of the season peewee players on average are level 9 and a few attributes are single capped and some double capped. That being said, would SAs have a good chance of firing off or does your attributes need to be close to triple capped?

SAs fire for PW dots. There are some very useful SAs for PW dots, tbh. I haven't noticed an attribute level really affecting the fire rate of those SAs.

SA's do not require attributes to be at a certain level to "fire"

Some may work a bit better, but their chance to fire is not dependent on what particular attributes are at.

If you where told otherwise, or showed some "list of what attributes need to be for SA's to work" , they are both wrong

Pump Fake fires at Pee Wee level for sure - probably because opposing D's have lowish vision.

Surge is useful for runs up the middle and definitely fires a fair bit.

Catch fake fires but I doesn't do a great deal in my opinion.

Alot of SA's act as an enhancement to your stats (ie speed/agility/strength) and I think its better to just spend those points directly on that attribute.

So basically, an SA that brings an actual action is possibly worth puttings points in - enhancement SA's - not so much.

Fakes don't fire a lot on running backs because of the need to pass a vision check to get them to fire, if you're rolling with <40 vision you're going to fail almost every check that allows you to throw a fake.
