Hi, it says you get a 5% chance to gain 5% in all attributes, if i get that to level 10 will my dot get 50% chance to gain 50% in all attributes or 50% chance to gain 5%?

Yeah... not only this but it seems so limited when there are so many other good SA's that fire much more often in a game.

I actually kind of like RZF. Not as one of the first VAs, of course, but it's not a bad filler for your last VPs. a 50% chance to get 5% bonus is still a 2.5% average in plays where it counts the most. If I am not mistaken, one or two of my players will have RZF as last VA.

I have always liked the thought of one RZF on your guy. 1 VA for a possible 5%. Hell yeah.
