does it work with OTs that bump out on counter plays? They dont rund parallel to the LOS but they loop to the outside. Just wondering if it works on these OTs or not.

To quote Bort and hopefully help with this question, when asked where Pulling Lineman ended he said quote " When the player reaches the end of the line and starts lead blocking upwards (or sometimes up/out I suppose). The entire point of the skill is to ensure your guard gets into position to make the block in time."
Outside Blocker would help where Pulling Lineman leaves off
