Goalline uses 3 TEs. Your TE depth chart slot has 1 TE in it.
Long story short players get pulled to fill the TE void and GLB doesn't think with position in mind. Put all 3 TEs in the TE slot (or use the goalline specific) and it'll be fixed.

FB was forced to play TE because there are 3 in GL, since there was no FB besides that one on your DC the HB played FB. And since you only have one HB on your main depth chart it was forced to fetch a new HB.
