As of right now, the WR Screen Weak/Strong out of Singleback Spread is worthless. Pretty much a guaranteed loss of yards every time. Need examples? Look at these plays:

As you can see, the CB gets on the WR before he even is thrown to because the HB is unable to make the block in time. If the HB can make the block in time, this play will become semi-useful and balanced.
I propose a multi-step solution. 1st, the WR should be slowed on that route slightly and should bubble slightly deeper, about 0.5 yards. 2nd, the HB's blocking pathing should be changed so that he takes a sharper angle towards the screen and doesn't try to trail the WR as seen on many of the plays above. 3rd, give the HB a slight boost coming out of the backfield to get to his block. 4th, get the ball out of the QB's hand much quicker, preferably right as the WR starts to turn upfield from the bubble. And lastly, reduce the CB's reaction time a bit so he's not on top of the WR every time before the pass is even thrown.
