I didn't look very hard to see if this has been suggested... just the ngth list and epic list (in a very short control f sort of way). But i never got why they got rid of individual sub forums for leagues.
I used to own a team in eastern europe AA in the really early seasons. I think i bought the team before season 2. There was an individual sub forum for the league, like the national pro leagues and pee wee leagues are still. I felt like because there was an individual forum, more people were willing to start topics because they could be anything relevant to the individual league. For example, predictions, all star teams, hey you suck, hey good game, etc (go look at a national pro league forum). Now with rookie leagues set up like they are now, any topic you post isn't relevant to 86% of the forum.
So your basically asking people, who are at their house on their computer, to make a topic that 86% of people don't care about. I am suggesting people in general are pretty shy and not prone to wanting to get "who cares". Adding in the whole confusion factor created by individual topic names, that don't say what league they are relevant to creates a much worse problem.
The forums are what drove this game, and making it hard to talk to people in your league hurt them alot. It basically makes it only fun to be in the pro leagues.
